1.2 Most areas of the bunkr are accessible to non-members without the need for registration. Certain features are only available to registered users.
2.1 Bunkr does not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss caused or deemed to be caused by anyone using the website; or reliance on any information within the website.
2.2 Views, opinions and information on the Websites are not necessarily those of Bunkr. We accept no responsibility for materials and content supplied by third parties.
2.3 Bunkr does not accept any liability for the content of any third party websites visited via links from the Websites and does not endorse or make any representations about third party websites unless specifically stated otherwise. If these links are used, you are no longer on the Bunkr Website and you access the third party website entirely at your own risk.
2.4 It is the responsibility of the accommodation owners to ensure their listings on the website are accurate and up to date.
3.1 If you sign up for our newsletter, then we will store the information submitted by you in a secure environment
3.2 Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with the best and most useful content to help improve your experience online.
3.3 Your personal information will not be sold or rented to another party.
3.4 We collect personally-identifiable information when you provide it to us, such as when you subscribe for an email newsletter. We also use cookie technology and other software to analyse visits to our websites and the content being read on our website.
4. Service availability
4.1 Bunkr will not be held liable for any period during which the website is inaccessible. Access may be unavailable without notice for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside of our control.
4.2 Some features of the website, wishlists, reviews can offer further promotion to popular accommodation. These features are provided at our discretion and are not part of the listing packages.
4.3 Any messaging/email services are provided without guarantee and we cannot be held liable for any undelivered messages.
4.4 Bunkr will not be held liable for features provided by third parties (e.g. weather forecasts) which are unavailable temporarily or permanently withdrawn.
5. Directory Listings
5.1 Bunkr offers a selection of paid and free listing packages. We reserve the right to amend the prices or features of these packages or add new packages. We will always tell you when we are going to do this.
5.2. Any paid packages which are not renewed will revert to a free listing and any additional features of the paid listing will not be displayed.
5.3 We reserve the right to exclude any listings not appropriate for the site.
5.4 The accommodation owners are solely responsible for making sure their listing is accurate and up to date (e.g prices). Bunkr will not be liable for any discrepancies in advertised services versus the actual offering.
5.5 A listing on Bunkr is not a recommendation by us. We may offer recommendations but will make it explicitly clear when we do so.
5.6 By submitting your accommodation details you are giving us permission to promote your business on this website and also on other channels such as Facebook and Twitter.
5.7 We will do our best to promote Bunkr, and increase exposure to the businesses listed but we do not guarantee that being listed in Bunkr will bring an increase in business.
5.8 All accommodation bookings are handled by the accommodation owners either directly or on a third party website (e.g. Booking.com). We are not responsible for any part of the booking process.
5.9 By submitting a directory listing you agree to receive the ‘accommodation owners’ newsletter. This occasional newsletter is designed to help you get the most out of your listing and update you on changes. You are able to unsubscribe directly from the newsletter.
6. Advertising and Sponsorship
6.1 Bunkr reserves the right to show advertising on the website, this may include but not be limited to the homepage, search results and directory listings.
6.2 Bunkr reserve the right to use affiliate links, including links to third party booking providers, within the directory listings on unclaimed, free and paid listings.
7.1 From time to time we may offer competitions, each competition will have it’s own set of terms and conditions. These will be clearly marked and shown on each contest.
8.1 Website users are invited to leave reviews on the website for any accommodation they have stayed in.
8.2 Reviews are the opinion of the user and not of Bunkr, the user is liable for their own comments not Bunkr.
8.3 Bunkr reserves the right to not publish any reviews which are defamatory or obscene, we also reserve the right to remove any bad or inappropriate language from reviews.
8.4 We reserve the right to not publish or remove any reviews which are not genuine or for which there is any reasonable doubt a review is not genuine.
8.5 We reserve the right to refuse deletion of any bad reviews at the request of an accommodation owner, unless there is reasonable doubt a review is not genuine.
9.1 Bunkr.co.uk uses PayPal for processing all online transactions
9.2 By signing up online you will be required to complete your transaction using PayPal. Online Payments are set up to automatically renew your annual listing via PayPal. This can be cancelled at anytime.
9.3 By using Automatic renewals you are guaranteed to pay the original price for your listing for as long as the automatic renewal is in place. If the renewal is cancelled or you have manual annual billing you will be required to pay the current annual price each year to continue to list your property.
9.4 The price for a pro listing is subject to change.
