Welcome to our unique accommodation set within the Cambrian Mountains, Area of Astounding Natural Beauty. An area great for Walking, Mountain Biking and Paddle Sports. Our accommodation offers a warm and comfortable stay to those who love the great outdoors.
You enter through the boot room, a great place to take off your dirty boots, hang up your coat, and an area to dry your wet clothes. The large but cosy lounge has a comfy seating area and a wood burner for those cold winter nights. We provide a Smart TV, with free Fibre Wi-Fi. There is plenty of reading material too. The large kitchen diner is fully equipped for those who wish to self cater, or if you prefer Sarah loves to cook for our guests but your need to book in advance. Our Dining room can comfortably seat up to 14, a great place to sit and talk about your adventures while offering a front row seat to our amazing views & sunsets.
We have 4 comfortable bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 guests, we welcome bookings from, families, individuals, couples, & groups we are extremely flexible. You are more than welcome to bring travel cots if required. The beds are made ready for your arrival, we provide towels, but ask you to bring spare for your water sports or the trip to the beach. We’ve been told our beds are extremely comfortable so don’t forget to set your alarm. We have 6 electric showers, each bedroom is allocated a shower/showers and there are 5 toilets. We can also separate into Male/Female facilities. We are dog friendly, but please let us know at the time of your booking if you wish to bring them along. We are less than a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the Clywedog Reservoir where you’ll find the exceptional Llyn Clywedog Trout Fishery, and the Clywedog Sailing & Paddle Sports Club.
Take a drive to the Bryntail Lead Mines, sitting in the shadow of the dam. During the 19th century lead was extracted and processed.
The area is truly a place of natural beauty, and there is plenty to see, Take a walk around the Clywedog and you may be lucky to see the Osprey fishing, between April to Mid September.
