Earlier in the year we told you about the exciting plansto transform some of the Nissen huts at Cultybraggan Camp into self-catering bunkhouses.
Since then the plans have moved ahead and the Comrie Development Trust (CDT) is now offering Community Shares in the project to the public.
Cultybraggan Camp, located East of the Loch Lomond National Park in Scotland, is the last remaining WWII high security POW camp in the U.K (Camp 21). It is a unique historic environment which has been recognised by Historic Scotland as having international significance. The Community Shares, offered by the Comrie Development Trust (CDT) giving individuals the opportunity to invest in sustaining part of Cultybraggan as the best preserved P.O.W camp in Scotland.
