Find a bunkhouse easier than ever!

If you’ve visited Bunkr before you may have noticed things are looking a little different – we’ve given the place a fresh lick of paint!

This is the first major redesign of the website since 2017 (and the third since we launched in 2013!*), things have moved on in the internet world so we’ve modernised a bit too!

You shoukd find the website faster and easier to navigate, finding that ideal bunkhouse should just be a click or two away.

We’ve got more features to add, and more improvements to make over the coming year and while we don’t claim to be the next booking-dot-come style site, we are passionate about the outdoors and adventurous family breaks and we hope our site can help you find the perfect place to stay off the beaten track.

Whether you’re looking for a basic bunkhouse or something a bit more upmarket for a relaxing weekend we aim to be able to point you in the right direction. The aim of bunkr is to list budget and unique accommodation you can’t find on upmarket booking sites, many of the places we list are family-run without the big marketing budgets to be able to advertise.

We’re also hoping to grow our activities list too …not everyone staying in a bunkhouse or hostel is going for a hike. If you’re on a family break you might want some ideas of what to do with the kids – our new activities section will hopefully give you some ideas as it grows over time.
