YHA Boggle Hole is perfect for family breaks. Children will love our treasure trails, dressing up clothes and toys as well as making new friends. Grown-ups will love the relaxed atmosphere and have peace of mind knowing that the children are safe and happy.
YHA Boggle Hole comprises two main buildings:
The Old Mill
Our main hostel building comprises 42 beds shared between rooms of all sizes, with all the usual Youth Hostel facilities plus a sandpit, mermaid, old boat and pirates. There are also picnic areas, lovely peaceful spots to read, a courtyard where you can eat on sunny days (it rarely rains) and a beach on the doorstep (and we mean on the doorstep). There is a bar with a wood burning stove and it’s a popular place for walkers to drop in for coffee and cake and our dining room, The Brig, is a great place to enjoy a full English breakfast or a delicious evening meal.
The Crow’s Nest
This environmentally friendly building comprises 44 beds, with a mixture of family rooms, en-suite rooms and traditional dorm beds, boasting fantastic valley views. There is a kitchenette area with some bench seating and long tables.
